Off season Grind
For athletes that have pro level aspirations, you know that there’s always gonna be someone faster, stronger or more skilled. So what can set you apart from the pack? Your discipline, consistency and determination to be the best player you can be is what sets you apart.
The more fluently you can move from one space to the next, from ball handler to cutter, or from blocker to running routes the more valuable you’ll be to your coaches and the more time you’ll play versus being a spectator.
In this workshop we’ll strengthen your posterior chain, improve your stability and functional core strength. Thus, increasing your acceleration, ability to produce, transfer and control force from a variety of positions respective to your sport.
